Greenshield Public School, a part of the distinguished Ghulaman- e- Abbas Education and Medical Trust was founded in 2005. It started as a coeducation primary school and has blossomed into a full-fledged Girls only secondary school pursuing the AKU Board Matric Examinations.
From humble beginnings in rented premises it was transformed into an impressive purpose built campus in March 2013. The school began with only 200 students and now with Allah’s Grace, has grown to a robust strength of around 900 students! We have a vibrant and diverse student body that belongs to various religious and ethnic backgrounds as the school mission is to provide high quality education for all communities.
The success behind the school lies in the visionary leadership of our Chairman Mr. Ali Raza D. Habib who was especially motivated and passionate about empowering girls in our society. Hence the focus of the school has been to provide ample opportunities for girls to gain high quality education and venture into the world as strong, confident and kind young women. To further
consolidate this vision the Chairman ensured that the school would follow the Aga Khan Education Board (AKUEB) Curriculum which incorporates modern learning strategies and challenges students, developing their critical thinking and analytical skills.
The Greenshield Team are continuously striving towards the school’s mission and are dedicated to ensuring that our students excel and shine.
Curricular Activities
Our little explorers had an amazing time learning, creating, and playing together. From art projects to cooking activity as well as puppet shows to outdoor adventures and lastly splash day to the end of term party, every moment was filled with joy and wonder. We’re so proud of our young rock stars for their curiosity, creativity, and kindness.
Gardening reconnect kids with the natural world that integrates with several subjects, as well as helps in achieving several educational goals. It also teaches personal and social responsibilities.
Visit to PAF Museum, Elixir Zoo and TDF Magnifiscience. Students were fascinated by the amazing historical displays and had a great learning experience.
INFRASTRUCTURE OF
GREENSHIELD PUBLIC SCHOOL
The School has a thoughtful and purposely built infrastructure to facilitate the learning needs of the students.The building consist of two spacious towers A and B, joined by a connecting midway bridge. Apart from classrooms, the framework includes two spacious libraries, fully equipped laboratories for Physics, Biology, Chemistry and Computer Science. Students also have large and vibrant Art room where they can enhance their artistic skills. The building also has separate facilities for teachers, a cafeteria that provides good quality food at reasonable price.The infrastructure also includes a huge playground that accommodates all the students for assemblies and major events.
Celebrating the Spirit of Independence Day
Independence Day at GreenShield Public School was a day filled with patriotism, creativity, and national pride. The school community came together to honor the significance of Pakistan’s Independence Day with a series of memorable activities.
Award Ceremony 2025
Greenshield Public School proudly honoured the graduating Class of 2025 at the Annual Award Ceremony.
This momentous event recognized remarkable achievements as students were honoured with certificates, medals, and shields in categories such as academic excellence, extracurricular accomplishments, and perfect attendance. The evening also highlighted the dedication and commitment of our esteemed staff members. They were acknowledged with Long Service Awards, Attendance Certificates, and commendations for their exceptional performance in the AKU-EB Exams.
